Mortgage Sense Inc. is a mortgage brokerage licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA Licence #10603), at 11 Bradford St., Barrie, Ontario L4N 3A6. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- What you send through our contact form or by email: your name, contact details and message.
- What you give us when you apply for a mortgage: identity, employment and income, assets and debts, and details of the property. Our online application runs on a secure mortgage application platform.
- Your credit report, when you authorize us to obtain it.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange, renew or refinance your mortgage.
- To verify your identity and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To keep the records a licensed brokerage is required to keep.
Who we share it with
Only the people involved in your mortgage, and only with your consent: lenders, mortgage default insurers, credit bureaus, appraisers and your lawyer. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your mortgage and as long as the law requires, then we destroy it securely.
Your choices

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The online application and the client portal are run by our application platform, which has its own privacy terms.
